The initiative "Il Balsamico in cucina" comes this year to its fifth edition. Don't miss the Showcooking evenings and the Dinner under the Stars that will be held at Acetaia Leonardi.
During the month of June, with the collaboration of Equipe Ufficiale Cuochi Emilia-Romagna and Associazione Cuochi Modena, coordinated by Chef Gabriella Costi, we will discover how to prepare tasty dishes enriched with Balsamic Vinegar flavors and aromas.
We start on June 3rd at 8.30 pm with the first evening dedicated to appetizers and first courses, with the participation of the Chefs Daniele Reponi from "La Prova del Cuoco", Massimo Pezzani, Giancarlo Querzé, Alessandro Marino and Mattia Turcato.
On June 10th at 8.30 pm Chefs Franco Cerrato, Francesco Ballardini, Fabrizio Capannini and M. Grazia Gherardini will show us new creative meat and fish dishes.
On June 17th at 7.00 pm arrives the Pizza Show, a competition among master pizza makers with the performance of the Nazionale Italiana Acrobati Pizzaioli headed by Danilo Pagano. A pizza dinner will follow, for which booking is appreciated.
On June 24th at 8.30 pm we will discover how to enrich desserts, fruit and cocktails with Balsamic Vinegar and other Balsamic products with Nabil Chef de Joia (Milan), Fabrizio Capannini, Fabio Gallo and Maurizio Guidotti.
Great ending on July 1st at 8.30 pm with Balsamicando 2019 evening, a dinner under the stars in the splendid setting of Corte Leonardi, handled by the Associazione Cuochi Modena and the Equipe Ufficiale Cuochi Emilia-Romagna. Reservations are required within June 29th.
