Leonardi Balsamic Vinegar was born on Modena hills where the typical grape varieties of Lambrusco and Trebbiano are grown to obtain the so-called grape Must basic ingredient of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

From the pick-up of grapes up to the bottling the Leonardi family follows all the production phases of this ancient condiment brown and velvety very versatile magic balance of sweet and sour flavours.

Basic Guided tour + tasting session of Balsamic vinegars

On reservation only. 

7 days/week. Tour duration 20-40 mn. 

Basic info about the grapes used, tour of the cooking room, visit of the batteries of wooden barrels. Possibility to taste directly from the barrels.  Explanation of the different types of balsamic with tasting inside the show room. Tours available in Italian – English – French. Full Guided tour + tasting of balsamic vinegars with Parmigiano cheese and Lambrusco wine.

7 days/week. Tour duration 35-55 mn.

Basic info about the grapes used, full tour of the cooking room, visit of the batteries of wooden barrels. Tasting session of minimum 2 types of balsamic directly from the barrels. After the tour, tasting of balsamic Vinegar with Parmigiano cheese and Lambrusco wine in the show room. Tours available in Italian – English – French. For other languages contact us.

Full Guided tour + tasting of balsamic vinegars + buffet lunch of typical products.

On reservation only.

7 days/week. Tour duration 60mn. (Tour may last longer for big groups of participants).  

Basic info about the grapes used, full tour of all rooms: coking room, must decanting room, ageing rooms. Tasting of minimum 2 types of balsamic directly from the wood barrels, including a 100 years old balsamic. After the tour, buffet lunch inside the show room or outdoor with typical products of Modena (Balsamico and Parmigiano cheese, cured meats - salami, ham and mortadella-, gnocco and pizza, Lambrusco wine… Tours available in Italian – English – French.
