Cooking with Balsamic Vinegar

Super easy appetizer

Unexpected guest? Party toast to celebrate? No panic, all you need is a thick Balsamic Vinegar (at least 10 travasi), Parmesan cheese and wood sticks.

Cut the cheese in irregular pieces and place it on a serving plate, then pour the balsamic Vinegar to cover it equally and pick a wood stick on each piece of cheese. That’s it! Serve with a Sparkling red wine like Lambrusco Leonardi!  This is the typical appetizer of Modena houses, sometimes served with local charcuterie. 

For a refined variant: Put fresh whole strawberries (not too big) previously cleaned among the Parmesan cheese pieces…success guaranteed!
