Organic White Balsama "Serie 6"
It is produced using Organic white grape must concentrate, mixed with organic white wine vinegar and all aged in Oak barrels. It has a typical gold colour which does not alter the colour of dishes. It adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent instead of wine vinegar). Especially recommended on fish and seafood (tempura, marinades, tartar, sushi, smoked salmon, scallops, oysters, prawns...).
Ideal for: appetizers, salads, raw and cooked vegetables, sauces, fish and seafood, poultry (chicken and turkey), cheese, fruit salad, cocktails...
